Simple shipping, clear expectations
We ship within the United Kingdom using tracked services whenever available. Lead times depend on the item type and stock status, and we state the expected dispatch window on the product page. If a delay occurs, we’ll contact you with options.
1) Dispatch window
Most items dispatch in 1–3 working days. If a piece requires extra handling (e.g., careful wrapping), dispatch may be 3–5 working days. We avoid vague timelines and keep messaging consistent across the site.
2) Delivery
Standard delivery targets 2–4 working days after dispatch, depending on location and carrier capacity. If you need delivery guidance (safe place, building access), include it in your enquiry on the basket page.
3) Packaging
Packaging is chosen to protect the item and stay tidy in storage: clean labels, minimal plastic, and easy-to-fold boxes where possible. Any care notes are included in plain text inside the parcel and on the product page.
